Il présente ensuite la théorie anglo-américaine moderne du trust, avant de montrer les applications qui en sont faites. Le Professeur Waters s intéresse ensuite à la reprise de la notion de trust dans les lois et travaux de codification. Il analyse enfin les développements que la notion de trust pourrait connaître à l'avenir. | ||

To this purpose Professor Waters recalls of the origins and the historical development of common law trust. He then develops the theory of the modern Anglo-American trust and its applications. In the next chapter statutory and code adoptions of the trust idea are explained. In the closing chapter, Professor Waters analyses the future developments of the trust idea. | ||
