You cannot place a hold request :

• on serials, codes, some textbooks
• on more than 8 documents
• when no library is defined in your profile (My Account / Profile / library = 'Inconnue - contacter la bibliothèque') : in this case, please contact the library
• Documents not in a library named like 'BU ...'
